Tropical Storm Cristina

Tropical Storm Cristina formed on June 8, 2026 near the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. It is the third named storm of the 2026 Eastern Pacific hurricane season.

Cristina is currently bringing heavy rainfall and gusty winds to Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. Cristina is forecast to stay just off the coast of Central America before making landfall in El Salvador later this week.
