Errol was a powerful tropical cyclone in the Indian Ocean. On April 9, 2025, Errol formed as a tropical disturbance north of Australia.

On April 16, 2025, Errol rapidly intensified into a Category 5 storm. Over the next day, Errol quickly weakened as it moved southeast towards Australia. Errol brought heavy rains to portions of northern Australia. Errol dissipated on April 18.
