Tropical Storm Pulasan nears the Japanese island of Okinawa, where it is delivering heavy rain, gusty winds, and high waves.
Pulasan is forecast to then move into the East China Sea before making landfall in China, close to where Typhoon Bebinca came ashore just days prior.
