Typhoon Ewiniar is moving northeast through the Philippine Sea in the western Pacific Ocean. Over the weekend, Ewiniar trudged through the islands of the Philippines, bringing with it flash floods and strong damaging winds. Ewiniar is the first tropical cyclone of the 2024 Pacific typhoon season.
