West Coast Winter Solstice Storms

A large low pressure system started out in the Eastern Pacific, bringing heavy rainfall to the west coast.

As it moved onshore, it developed numerous storms while crossing the western US, as well as creating the winter weather conditions necessary for some to experience a White Christmas.
