Tropical Storm Harold
Harold was a tropical storm that brought heavy rain and gusty winds to South Texas.
Harold produced one to three feet of storm surge along the Texas Coast. South Texas also experienced five to seven inches of rainfall, but it helped to alleviate drought conditions in the area. More than 35,000 homes reported a loss of power, but no deaths or damage were reported.
